TREE CUTTING ON SEA VIEW ESTATES INC. LAND

This is a reminder that Members private property is only within the boundary of the lots they own (refer to the plat map). 

Thank you to all the Members who  have reached out to us to ask permission to remove trees and brush from Sea View Estates, Inc.  We will do our best to make sure the views and paths enjoyed by the Members are kept clear while working in accordance with the regulations of Grays Harbor County, Grays Harbor Title, and in accordance with recommendations from Sea View Estates, Inc. attorneys office.  

Because of the unusual amount of requests that we've received in the last few months, and in order to keep the area pristine between Sea View and the beach,  we would like to set forth the following requirements:  

1. Permission is needed to cut any trees or brush on the front area owned by Sea View Estates, Inc. (or any property owned by Sea View Estates, Inc).    
2. Please send a request for removal to piperehenry@gmail.com.  
3. Once you have received approval from Sea View Estates, Inc., a Licensed and Bonded Tree Service will need to be scheduled by the member to cut and remove trees, debris and all branches, etc.   
4. We will need the company's proof of license and Bonding information sent to us at piperehenry@gmail.com  (this is a liability issue).   
5. Once approved, the member needs to contact Sea View Inc. with the date of work scheduled by the tree service. 
6. Any and all debris, branches, trees, etc. will need to be removed from Sea View Estates, Inc. property at time of service.
