RFID Tags are now available for purchase!

• The fee is a one time purchase. (Download and print the form located below this post.)
• The RFID tag should be hung from your rearview mirror.
• As you approach the gate, be sure to bring your vehicle to a stop beside the keypad (see the orange square in the picture above), the RFID antenna located to the right of the gate (the yellow circle shown above) will read your card, the RFID antenna light will change from a steady red light to a blue blinking light.  
• Once the RFID card has been validated, the lights located near the gate post in the middle of the gates will change from red to yellow.
• The gate will begin to open.  Wait for the Green Light to proceed. 

• The MyQ app is not required for you to use of the gate. 
• The app provides enhanced capabilities to assign temporary codes to your guests, family, or contractors. It also allows you to remotely open the gate for your visitor if they are having difficulty activating the gate.
• The yearly subscription fee is $45.00 per app.  Yearly fees will be billed at the same time annual dues are billed.
